Con el fin de brindar claridad y transparencia…<\/span><\/p>

1. Cancelaci\u00f3n del tour<\/b><\/h2>
  • Es posible cancelar hasta 7 d\u00edas antes de la salida sin cargo alguno. El dep\u00f3sito podr\u00e1 utilizarse dentro de los 365 d\u00edas posteriores a la fecha original del viaje.<\/span><\/li>
  • Las cancelaciones realizadas dentro de los 6 d\u00edas previos a la salida implican la p\u00e9rdida del dep\u00f3sito.<\/span><\/li>
  • Las cancelaciones realizadas el mismo d\u00eda o dentro de las 24 horas previas al tour generan el cobro del monto total de la reserva.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Cancelaci\u00f3n por cierre de puerto<\/b><\/h2>
    • Todas las salidas est\u00e1n sujetas a condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas favorables. La Capitan\u00eda de Puerto determina oficialmente el cierre de puerto.<\/span><\/li>
    • Una vez emitida la determinaci\u00f3n oficial, se notificar\u00e1 al cliente para reprogramar la salida, sujeto a disponibilidad, o gestionar el reembolso cuando corresponda.<\/span><\/li>
    • El reembolso aplica \u00fanicamente en casos de cierre de puerto o fallas mec\u00e1nicas de la embarcaci\u00f3n que impidan la realizaci\u00f3n del viaje.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Reembolso del dep\u00f3sito<\/b><\/h2>
      • El dep\u00f3sito ser\u00e1 reembolsable \u00fanicamente cuando el viaje sea cancelado por aver\u00edas o fallas mec\u00e1nicas de la embarcaci\u00f3n, o por condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas adversas determinadas por la Capitan\u00eda de Puerto y nuestros capitanes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Adelantos y pagos en l\u00ednea<\/b><\/h2>
        • Los anticipos o adelantos realizados mediante pagos en l\u00ednea no son reembolsables. En caso de una cancelaci\u00f3n elegible, dichos montos permanecer\u00e1n como cr\u00e9dito a favor del cliente para ser utilizados en otra reservaci\u00f3n dentro de los 365 d\u00edas posteriores a la fecha original del viaje.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          1. Tour Cancellation<\/b><\/h2>
          • It is possible to cancel up to 7 days before departure without any charge. The deposit can be used within 365 days after the original trip date.<\/span><\/li>
          • Cancellations made within 6 days prior to departure imply the loss of the deposit.<\/span><\/li>
          • Cancellations made on the same day or within 24 hours prior to the tour result in a charge of the total reservation amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            2. Cancellation due to port closure<\/b><\/h2>
            • All departures are subject to favorable weather conditions. The Port Authority officially determines the port closure.<\/span><\/li>
            • Once the official determination is issued, the client will be notified to reschedule the departure, subject to availability, or manage the refund when applicable.<\/span><\/li>
            • The refund applies only in cases of port closure or mechanical failure of the vessel that prevents the trip from taking place.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              3. Deposit Refund<\/b><\/h2>
              • The deposit will be refundable only when the trip is canceled due to breakdowns or mechanical failures of the vessel, or due to adverse weather conditions determined by the Port Authority and our captains.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                4. Advances and online payments<\/b><\/h2>
                • Advances or down payments made through online payments are non-refundable. In case of an eligible cancellation, these amounts will remain as credit in the client’s favor to be used for another reservation within 365 days after the original trip date.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
